Holiday time

So tomorrow morning we head to drive to Florida. Hopefully the drive won't be too terrible, even though rain is forecast for most of the day. Once there, things as always will be hectic and crazy. So far the schedule looks like this: Saturday at noon, me and a friend are throwing a bridal shower for another friend. Saturday evening we are going to a little mini reunion at a high school friend's house. Sunday we will be busy cleaning the house, going to mass, and probably decorating the tree. Sunday evening the Doyles and Skillings will come over for a feast. Monday we will go to mass, open presents and prepare for the dinner feast. (The Doyles are in charge of Christmas Eve dinner this year and we are in charge of Christmas Day dinner, opposite from the usual). The rest of the week is still up in the air, some possible activities are: helping mom in her store (they are having a big sale starting on Dec. 27), finishing up the cleaning/packing at Grandma's house, driving to Orlando or Tampa to spend time with Katie before/during/after her surgery, visiting with some old friends who are in town for the holidays, after Christmas sale shopping, hanging out with family, and I am sure plenty of other little things. Sounds like a nice relaxing holiday, right? Matt is oh so excited! We hope you have a wonderful holiday.
