taking collar popping to a new level

This morning on my way back to my office I saw a student wearing a suit, with a shirt and tie. Pretty normal right? Sure, but I noticed that he had his shirt collar popped! Yes, his dress shirt. I had to double check to make sure I saw right. He was making no moves to put it down either. I only wish I had my camera.
