We went to the Duke Farmer's Market at lunchtime today and bought some strawberries. They are now sitting on my desk just begging to be eaten. They smell fantastic! Anyone have any great strawberry recipes? We have a big bucket of them and need some ideas.

I learned this when I lived in Italy: right before you are going to eat them, slice the strawberries thinly, squeeze lemon juice on them, and then lightly sprinkle with sugar. It is so easy and so good.
ICE CREAM! Make Strawberry Ice Cream or put it over vanilla ice cream...yum yum yum!
